I secure things
that matter.

10+ years designing secure architectures, building detection & response strategies, and helping organizations understand their threat landscape. I also teach, build tools, and break things on purpose.

About

03

Started tinkering with networks when I was a teenager in Monterrey — the kind of kid who'd rather configure a router than play outside. That curiosity turned into a career. I studied Information Technology Security, got my degree, and dove headfirst into the world of firewalls, threat detection, and secure architecture design.

Over the past decade I've worked across pre-sales engineering, building security architectures for enterprises, designing detection & response strategies, and honestly just figuring out how to make organizations harder to break into. I've had the privilege of working with some of the best security technology in the industry.

But the thing I care about most? Teaching. Whether it's building CTF challenges, running workshops, or mentoring someone just starting out — I believe security knowledge should be shared, not gatekept. The industry has enough gatekeepers.

When I'm not working, I'm probably automating something at home, building an AI assistant that controls my lights, or writing about whatever caught my attention that week.
